Most of our communication happens on WhatsApp because that is what our clients prefer. When you message us there, your phone number, profile name and message content are visible to us and are also processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, which we do not control. Please avoid sending copies of your CNIC, passport or bank documents over WhatsApp unless we have specifically asked for them as part of a booking you have already agreed to.
Who we share it with
We share your details only where it is necessary to do the thing you asked us to do:
- Housing society developers and their sales offices — when you decide to book a plot or file, we pass on the details needed to register it in your name
- Our own staff — the sales consultant handling your enquiry, and our admin team for booking paperwork
- Service providers — our website host and email provider, who process data on our behalf
- Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information
We do not sell your data, and we do not pass your contact details to other dealers or agents.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to two years, since property decisions often take that long. Records relating to a completed booking or transfer are kept for as long as required for legal and tax purposes.
